About

Accessibility

How TradWatch™ is built to work for everyone, what we check, what is still missing, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our goal

TradWatch™ aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the whole site: every language, on phones and computers, in light and dark themes.

What we do

Every night, an automated checker reviews our public pages on a phone-sized and a computer-sized screen, in light and dark themes and in every language. People also check by hand that each page works with the keyboard and with a screen reader. We fix what we find as soon as we can.

Known gaps

Some parts of the site come from other companies and are outside our control: embedded video players, maps and payment pages. We check our own labels and the text around them.

Tell us about a problem

If something is hard to use, tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device and browser you used.
