PCh24.pl (Polonia Christiana)

PCh24.pl is the web portal of Polonia Christiana, a Catholic magazine whose first print issue appeared in March 2008. Both are published in Kraków by the Piotr Skarga Christian Culture Association (Stowarzyszenie Kultury Chrześcijańskiej im. ks. Piotra Skargi) (Wikipedia). The portal's tagline, Prawa Strona Internetu ("the right side of the internet"), presents it as offering news from the life of the Church and prawicowa publicystyka (right-wing commentary) (PCh24.pl).

Editorial line. Polish Wikipedia describes the magazine as conservative-Catholic, commenting on current events with frequent reference to the history of the Church, Poland and Europe, and names Jerzy Wolak as editor-in-chief. The portal's own "about" text says it was created to oppose what it calls an anti-Christian revolution that has spread across Europe (PCh24.pl). Polonia Christiana is produced in cooperation with the Italian monthly Radici Cristiane (piotrskarga.pl), which is directed by the historian Roberto de Mattei.

The association. The Piotr Skarga Association of Christian Culture lists among its aims cultivating Christian values and the traditions of the Polish nation and defending the values it ties to "tradition, family and property". By its own account it began in Kraków in July 1999, inspired by the worldwide societies for the defence of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) founded by Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira (piotrskarga.pl). It publishes the magazine Polonia Christiana, launched with the Italian magazine Radici Cristiane (piotrskarga.pl).

Political statements. In a statement dated 22 May 2025, published on PCh24.pl before Poland's presidential run-off, the association warned Catholics against voting for Rafał Trzaskowski, citing among other things his platform on abortion (PCh24.pl).

Platforms. In 2016 the association announced ePCh24.pl, a platform selling digital editions of the magazine, with the first pages of each issue free (piotrskarga.pl).
